Description
“Preserving the past & premiering the future of classical choral literature.” The Master Singers, Inc. Chorale consists of 2 qualifying memberships. The first is a 280+ REGISTERED MEMBER group and the second is 70-80+ PERFORMING MEMBER group. MSI has become critically acclaimed as one of Northeast Ohio’s finest large community based all volunteer choral ensembles. The Chorale specializes in performing a cappella & large choral masterworks with full orchestra. Young American & European composers internationally recognize MSI for its premier performances of new & exciting 20th & 21st century choral works. MSI also sponsors a select group of 16-20 singers from within the group, Chamber Singers, Inc. MSI yearly offers a $500 choral competition prize to the outstanding composition submitted by a Summit County Public School student. MSI has an open door policy and all rehearsals and related functions are open the general public.
